Restrospective study survey on modern wound irrigation solutions of the HOCl / NaOCl type in daily wound practice.
The survey in the practice of designated wound specialists in above-mentioned specialized wound facilities with appropriate qualification, led to a first survey within this specialist group -> N=50.
Only specialists from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland who have treated/cared for wound patients on a daily basis for years were interviewed. Because of their wealth of experience in regular application to wound specialists, their responses are particularly valuable. There was no obligation to answer every question, but it was also possible to evaluate only what could be answered with certainty from practice.
Data from a survey conducted as part of quality assurance in certified wound care facilities (AHW® / WZ® / WKZ®).
